ST. Petersburg, Fla.. (AP) - Country singer Mindy McCready was in Nashville and said he probably will not be able to bring her 5 years to return to Florida to conform to the order of the judge - because it is nearly 7 months twin pregnancy.
Speaking exclusively that The Associated Press, McCready said Wednesday that she and her mother had a long battle over custody of Zander. Her mother was awarded custody of children in 2007.
Department of Children and Families said that lack of complaints filed with police Tuesday night after getting home Zander McCready of her father.
On Tuesday, DCF found that McCready and the child is staying with his father and the judge decided he had to return the child voluntarily 17:00 Thursday or risk arrest.
