Task Manager shows Kaspersky uses less than 10MB of memory, which describes the efficiency program.
Initial scan of our test system 122GB hard drive that contain data for two hours, which is very long. Norton Antivirus 2010 time of 44 minutes by comparison. The second scan took only 47 minutes, however, because the files that previously have been missed scanned. Something we noticed is how many objects Kaspersky scan - 728,144 - versus Norton - 304,748. Kaspersky seems to be doing a more thorough scan, although I can not verify this.
